GRAMINAE Ltd. has been active in the field of grain milling in Hungary since 2009. Our flours are produced and packaged at the plant in Kalocsa, in the Southern Great Plain. Among the grains grown on the Great Plain, common wheat and spelt wheat are the most frequently cultivated, and the flour milled from them is among the basic foodstuffs, as bread made from cereal flour is an essential food for the population.

Our company primarily processes grains from organic farming, thus offering our customers premium quality organic flours. These products are made exclusively through natural processes, preserving all the nutritious elements of the grain without containing artificial additives. During the cultivation of organic grains, we do not use chemical pesticides or fertilizers, thereby protecting our environment and promoting sustainability. Organic flours generally have higher antioxidant and vitamin content than conventional flours, and their consumption supports healthy eating.
Preserving biodiversity and supporting ecological balance are among our fundamental goals. We are committed to supporting local organic farmers and actively participate in promoting organic farming methods. We primarily offer organic spelt white flour (TBL-80) and wholemeal flour (TBL-200). In addition to traditional wheat flours, our range is complemented by durum and rye flours.
Our milling products are available in various bulk sizes and packaging upon request. We offer customers' private label flours in 1kg, 2kg, and 5kg packaging. Bulk flours are packaged in 5kg or 25kg paper bags, 900-1000 kg Big Bags, and delivered by our own 24-25 ton tankers.
